1. Protect air pressure. Protecting air pressure is very important, mainly as a protective measure to prevent micro leaks. Generally speaking, hydrogen gas is usually used to protect air pressure. Stainless steel tube annealing furnaces should be kept away from moisture during operation. The furnace body of steel tube annealing furnaces must be kept dry, and there should be no moisture entering the steel tube during heating to destroy the atmosphere.

2. Annealing temperature. Stainless steel heat treatment generally adopts solid solution heat treatment;

3. Sealing performance: The stainless steel tube annealing furnace has good sealing performance. During inspection, soap water can be applied to the joints and seams of the annealing furnace to check for any gas leakage;

4. Annealing atmosphere: Pure hydrogen is generally used as the annealing atmosphere. If another part of the atmosphere is an inert gas, the purity can also be lower, but it cannot contain too much oxygen or water vapor.

5. Protect the gas pressure, in order to prevent micro leaks, maintain a certain positive pressure in the furnace to protect the gas pressure. If it is hydrogen, protect the gas;
